Kenwood Golf and Country Club is a private club with a select membership of approximately sixteen hundred.
It has been in continuous existence since 1928. The facilities, covering many acres of rolling Maryland countryside located in Bethesda,
Maryland six miles from the White House, are surrounded by fine residential properties. Included are an irrigated 18 hole golf course,
two Olympic size swimming pools and a wading pool, twenty tennis courts, eight duck pin bowling lanes, fitness area, an ever-expanding
Clubhouse and a guest house containing forty-five comfortable, well-appointed bedrooms with bath, television, and telephone.
All buildings are completely air-conditioned for year-round comfort and protected for safety by automatic sprinklers.
Club efforts are directed toward family participation and enjoyment, with special interest
paid to junior activities which include golf, tennis, swimming and bowling.

In the Spring of 2006, the Kenwood Fitness/Spa facility was opened. The fitness center contains the needed equipment to work every muscle group in your body,a full service spa,
an indoor pool (7 lanes) complete with hot tub, a studio exercise room and child care services are provided. It is also home to the new tennis pro shop where all of your tennis needs can be met.

THE TERRACE DINING ROOM

The Terrace Dining Room which overlooks a large flagstone terrace and adjoining pools, is designed for gracious service for family and guests in a quiet atmosphere. It is complemented by a large adjacent mixed grill and sun room for less formal dining by members in tennis, golf, or sports attire. Cocktails are available in all dining areas, as well as in an adjoining formal cocktail lounge. Club dining and dance functions for as many as 300 people are provided for in attractive upstairs ballrooms. There are also rooms for smaller group parties and meetings
